Delimiter’s Storage VPS delivers maximum storage at the lowest possible cost together with a generous CPU and memory allocation.
- ZFS Powered
For maximum availability and performance, Delimiter’s StorageVPS uses ZFS as its underlying filesystem. ZFS originally developed by Sun Microsystems in 2004, it has been in continuous development and is the default filesystem for Solaris Unix.
- Data Security
Delimiter’s StorageVPS uses ZFS RAIDZ2 which will survive up two simultaneous disk failures. Its similar to RAID6 with two parity disks.
- NVMe SSD Cached and Accelerated
To boost performance as well as data integrity, each server used for Delimiter’s StorageVPS has an NVMe SSD to store the cache and journal data.
- Generous CPU and Memory Allocation
Delimiter’s StorageVPS provide sufficient RAM and CPU to run most storage applications such as OwnCloud, Pydio and SyncThing.
- Lightweight Virtualisation – Maximum Performance
OpenVZ was chosen for the StorageVPS line as it provides near bare-me
tal performance. Full virtualization was unnecessary for a storage VPS.
- On-Demand Upgrades
Storage can be upgraded from the client portal as required.
- Automated Installs
Automatically reinstall your preferred operating system from one of our provided linux templates.
