Private Networking
Delimiter’s private networking gives you the power to build a private network within the datacentre, nationally and globally.
With Delimiter’s private networking you can interconnect your servers with a dedicated private network without traversing the Internet. Private network uses our national network to move data quickly and efficiently avoiding bottlenecks.
Every server has two network ports, the first port is setup for public connectivity; the second is available for private networking.
In-Datacentre
When building a cluster of servers, its useful to have a private cluster network which can be used to move data between the servers away from the prying eyes of the public Internet.
In-Datacentre private networking is available in a variety of capacities – 1/10/40/100Gbps and for ultra-low latency – Infiniband is available at all sites.
Typical applications of in-datacentre private networking is for connecting servers to storage, clustering and failover.
National
As Delimiter runs its own national network, you can leverage this to interconnect servers across our datacentre footprint.
National private networking and be combined with in-datacentre private networking to provide secure access to storage, clustering or VM migration. Our national network delivers predictable low-latency:
National private networking is available in sizes from 10Mbps to 100Gbps and is available protected and unprotected. Customers can make use of our national network build their own private infrastructure with options to break out of the Delimiter network to connect to on-premises networks or third party networks.
Global
Delimiter operates in Europe, North American and Asia. Currently private networking is only available in Europe and North America. By leveraging our parent company’s network we can provide diverse 100Gbps transatlantic crossings on the Hibernia Atlantic and the Aqua cable systems.
Global private networking is available in sizes from 10Mbps to 100Gbps and is available protected and unprotected.
